Question

I want to reset my tax return, but there is no "tax tools" button (or three dots) to click on in order to reset my return. I'm using the Chrome browser

Tax Tools should be located on the menu on the left just above the Sign Out. What type of device are you using?

 

You do have the option Clear and Start Over your return. To choose this option:

  1. Click Tax Tools
  2. Click Clear & Start Over
  3. Confirm

While this will require you to redo the return in its entirety, it will also delete any and all forms associated with the return.
