NOTE:  If you happen to be using the Mobile App, it does not have Tax Tools.  You would need to sign into Online TurboTax instead through a browser to do the clearing, then you can return to the Mobile App.

In Online TurboTax, your return must be open in order to have a full left menu column containing a Tax Tools tab.

It won't let you start over if you already paid or registered, but if that's your situation, there are some options you may have.
