I want to switch to free, it won’t give me the option

If you have already started your return, you will need to clear and start over. If you have already paid for your return, then you can NOT clear and start over.

 

There are a couple of free options.If you have not started:

 

1. One is through the IRS freefile program. You go through the IRS & Turbo Tax freefile website.

2. The second is the Turbo Tax free program. Use this link.
