Solved

I was a residential alien last year. I was on H1B for part of last year and on F1 for the other part of last year. What is my status? Could I file my taxes with turbotax?

If you have entered the US on an F-1 visa since 2011, you are considered as a US resident.  You can file with TurboTax.

Since you have been on the F-visa for more than five years, regardless of when you switched to the H-1 visa, you are a US resident for tax purposes.  You are not dual status.
