Question

I was asked to send in paper copies of 1099-INT, -DIV and -B. Where do I send it and what else needs to accompany these docs?

I don't have a scanner and can't get a digital copy of these docs, so I need to mail them in, but I don't know to what address and whether or not I need to include anything further to ensure it gets added to the right return.

More information may help resolve your issue.  For example, from whom did you receive a request to send your 1099 statements, and what instructions were provided with that request?
