Question

I was charged $25 for e-file of my Oregon state tax return. It was rejected, so I need to file it in paper. I would like a refund. How do I proceed?

In the Desktop program the $25 fee is to efile the state return.  You can get a refund if you have to mail it.  But why is it rejecting?  Maybe we can help you fix it and efile.

Is it not letting you efile?  Is it this current problem?

It's scheduled to be fixed on March 19.  Please sign up on this Desktop state efile error FAQ
