You'll need to speak directly to the folks at TurboTax Support and plead your best case. Getting a refund for Online TurboTax is not easy, since they typically say submitting payment indicates your satisfaction with the product. But in some instances, there may be extenuating circumstances, so I'd talk to them. It can't hurt to try.
