I was charged for TurboTax Live Deluxe 2024 but I didn't sign up for it and never used it
I see that this is a thing, I was charged $119 for TurboTax Live Deluxe 2024 but I never signed up for it or used it. I never spoke to anyone or received help, so is this what they mean to file for free. I'm unemployed and let them know that in the beginning when they asked why I didn't want help. I would like to be refunded for this but to try and find where you can send them a message is a chore in itself.
