All you can do now is, wait. At least you know that the IRS has your filing. It does not matter who sent your 1040 to the IRS. The IRS is the sole destination for tax returns. No one has discovered a way to make the IRS speed up sending out refunds. No one ever will because the IRS is an overwhelmed, over worked, under funded and under staffed government bureaucracy. Eventually you will get the pay off of your no interest loan to the government.

Have you thought of paying just enough by estimates or withholding to avoid a penalty and let the government wait for your check?

The site won't let me download my Tax file to print and mail...if this is your issue, you are not alone.  I finished my Tax's two weeks ago, and today I ask if they could send them to my email, they replied that they don't do that. I would call for technical support, but I have a speech impairment, so let me know how I can download my Taxes...

What kind of error are you seeing when you try to print your returns?    Are you using TurboTax Online?   If so, when you sign in, you should land on the Tax Home page and if you scroll down to Your Tax Returns and Documents sections, all of your returns should be listed.   Choose the 2020 return and save the return as PDF.

Has your tax return been accepted yet, or are you sure you filed it?    If your return has not been filed yet, it won't be in the Tax Home section yet.   But, you can print from the Print Center (in the Tax Tools menu on the left) anytime before filing.    @jlm1976tax
