Have you filed a tax return and did you check the box on it that you could be claimed by someone else as a dependent. If you checked that box, you are not eligible for the stimulus payment. If you have not filed and don't need to file a return and don't meet the requirements to be claimed by someone, then you can go on the IRS portal and register for the stimulus: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments
