TurboTax does not ask  you for your credit score. You were probably looking at where it's asking for last years income, which is uses as a checkpoint to verify that this is really you.

No it absolutely asks on final steps to check credit score and leaves the efile tax return pending. I’m having same problem. On phone and on PC. Ran it on the phone to finish and then the app disconnected. Got on PC and same thing asking to check credit score once again

What version of TurboTax are you using?

This is an optional free service in that is offered through: https://turbo.intuit.com/how-turbo-works/

You may bypass by declining the offer.

Turbo is supported by partnerships with lenders and other financial institutions. You never have to buy anything or accept any offers to keep using Turbo to see your free credit report and take charge of your financial health.

There is no decline option.  Now my state return has not transmitted, and I don't see any way to do so.

Yup. It won’t even let me begin my tax return without accepting to check my credit with TransUnion. I don’t want to. I don’t need to. I get my free credit report already through my Bank. Bullocks!

It did the same thing when I was helping my little sister do her taxes. She doesn't have a score either and it kept asking for her to check her info because it didn't match what they had on file, even though it was all correct. Someone tell me what is going on

If it asks you if you want to check your credit score, say NO.   You can skip that part.   @Dabney98
