Question

I was given only one choice of Turbo Tax, Premier, after going through my forms, all I needed was the Deluxe version! Can I down grade & not have to pay for Premier?

If you have not paid for TurboTax Premier then you can downgrade by using the Clear & Start Over option.

  • With TurboTax open select tax tools in the left-hand panel.
  • Then select Clear & Start Over.
  • Select yes when asked are you sure you want to clear your return.
