Question

I was just one during why my stuff is still pending. There has been no fraud or anything like that so I don't know what's going

Both the federal and some of the states have implemented additional ID verification for some people this year.  If your return is staying on Pending for a long time, watch for a letter from the IRS.  This letter has taken some people several weeks to receive.  This will tell you how to verify your ID and then will also tell you how long it will take for you to get your refund.  Some people are told it will take up to an additional 9 weeks to then get their refund processed.  As to if it will be done sooner than that, it is not yet known.
