Question

I was more than half way done with my return. It has disappeared. I am using TurboTax Home and Business. Any idea how I can find it?

TurboTax won't connect me to a human until I select my product and begin my return, which I have already done.

If you are using Home & Business, than you must have downloaded it to your computer.  It should be saving your progress as you go along. When you exited the program, did you select to save the file when the popup box appeared?
