I was not aware that my parent had claimed me as a dependent on his 2019 returns. causing my State of Ill filing to be in pending status. Can I change it in Turbo Tax?

If your return has already been submitted, then no, you cannot change it until it is either accepted or rejected.

If the return is rejected, you can go back into TurboTax, correct your entry under My info, and then resubmit your return.
