I was on a re-order annual program - but this year I did not get my new credit card updated by 11/30 - Can you help?

I presume you meant 11/3 above--not "11/30".   You can discuss it with TurboTax Support by phone.   You may have to just purchase a regular order this year, then be sure you are signed up for Advantage subscription next year (2017 product).   In any case, they can advise you.
