My confirmation email says I was charged $78,00, but when I filed I was charged $117. I seek reimbursement.

If you elected to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund, that would account for the extra $39 you were charged. There is a charge of $39 assessed for using the Refund Processing Service (or Pay With My Refund).

What is the Refund Processing Service?
