I was referred by a friend so I can receive 20%, how do I redeem the 20%?

This is a public Internet forum. Do not post any personal info in the user community forum. It looks like the forum privacy filter redacted the personal info for your protection. It's not needed here in the forum and could expose you to spam/scams.

Has it been 45 days yet since your friend filed? It takes that long to get the email with the e-certificate after the friend filed.

I was referred by a friend, but I did not receive my 20% discount that was supposed to be applied when I filed. I was promised this when I did my taxes. This sucks Turbo sucks this year!! They don’t make things easy for you. As a matter of fact, it should be a Bigger discount automatically apply or they should of given you a code. So sad… I need someone to call me as asp or give me a discount card sent directly for me to use anywhere for anything.

What is confusing is that you must use the link provided by the friend and then the discount is UP TO 20% off the regular prices and currently the prices are already discounted up to 20% off so you don't get a discount on the already discounted price.
