I was seeing if you can help me with this part of my W-2 for number 11 I have to put numbers but is saying on my W-2 non qualified plans seeing if you can help me?

    No, don't put 457.  You need to enter the information from your W-2 exactly as it is. Box 11 of your W-2 is for your employer to enter contributions to a Non-Qualified Retirement Plan.  If box 11 is empty on your W-2 form, leave it blank.
