You can go back into your return and change your filing status, using these steps: Click the My Info tab in the black bar on the left side of your screen. The filing status section is just below your information. Click the Edit icon next to your filing status. On the screen, Let's confirm your marital status, mark the Married button and answer No to the question: Do you want to file this return together with your spouse? Click Continue.
