Question

I was told my tax would be free but i found out that because they if I had a question I could use the chat. Now they said that is live help and I owe for my State taxes

$59. I was asked several times if I wanted to upgrade and I said no because I couldn’t afford it. Now I just need to know what I owe something you can put my taxes through.
