I was upgraded to an additional fee service I did not intend to purchase. I need to be refunded

I was charged an upgrade that I did not intend to purchase when I opted to pay by credit card. I talked to customer support but they basically told me to be more careful next time. Turbotax has become a minefield of avoiding extra services like investing services, upgrades, etc. I did not intend for this upgrade to be charged to my account and if the additional fee (I was being charged 39.99 and was upgraded to 59.99) is not refunded, I will do my tax prep elsewhere for myself and my family.
