Solved

I was Venmo'd >$600 for my 15yr old dependent's camp counseling job. Received 1099-NEC with her TIN but my name (account holder). Do I have to claim this as my income?

No.  An income document that reports the Social Security number of a dependent child, will be reported on an income tax return for the child.

For filing requirements for Dependents, see IRS Publication 501, pages 3-4.
