I was wondering how can I get my first and second stimulus payment I never received it but I did get the 3rd payment once I filed this year

If you are eligible, the first and second stimulus payments can be received by filing your 2020 tax return. This is called the Recovery Rebate Credit. TurboTax will calculate the eligible amount of the credit and compare that to what was received. Any difference is reported on Form 1040, page 2, Line 30.

To do this in TurboTax, follow these steps:

1. Go to the search box and enter stimulus. Click the Jump to link.
2. Answer Yes.
3. At the next screen, Let's double-check the amount you received, answer No to edit the first-round and second-round amounts.
4. If no stimulus amount was received, enter 0. An amount must be entered in each box. When finished, click Continue.
