I was wondering if I was claimed as a dependent on taxes in 2019 will it affect me getting my 2nd stimulus for 2020-21??

Don't worry about 2019.... what is critical is whether you are a dependent or not on your 2020 tax return

If you CAN NOT be claimed by someone else, then you are eligible for the stimulus and there is a section on the 2020 tax return where there is a 'settle up' procedure; you would get both stimulus payments as a credit on your tax return, which would increase your refund. See Line 30 of the tax return.
