I was working for doordash for a time and am no working for a courier service as an independent contractor. Does turbotax give me everything I need for all taxes?

Yes you can enter all of of that self-employment income into the software.  You either need any desktop version of the software, or online Self-Employed in order to prepare the schedule C for your business expenses.  Depending on how much income you had you might be able to use Free File--which can also support preparing schedule C.

Note:  If you do not qualify to use Free File then you will have to upgrade to Deluxe or higher in the paid versions of the software.
