I did not meet him until 2015, and my tax return went to his debt. So a CPA told me to file this form. I just want to be able to follow it through this app, or the irs app

You were correct to file the Form 8379 Injured Spouse Allocation in order to protect your share of the tax refund from being seized to pay your husband's past debt.

According to the IRS instructions for Form 8379:

Generally, if you file Form 8379 with a joint return on paper, the time needed to process it is about 14 weeks (11 weeks if filed electronically). If you file Form 8379 by itself after a joint return has been processed, the time needed is about 8 weeks.

If you have waited the allotted time and still have not received your refund, then you should contact the IRS for assistance (1-800-829-1040).  There is not another means to track the status of Form 8379.
