You can start over by following these steps if you have not already filed: Select Tax Tools on the left hand side of your screen, Select Tools, Select Clear & Start Over.

I went through the process of doing my 2019 return but did not file online with the IRS, and I need to redo it. There is no option to do so?

Select Tools,
Select Clear & Start Over.
