I went to installturbotax.com and signed in. It say to enter license code but there isn't a spot. I called and the guy said, "it is there somewhere" and then hung up.

I actually figured this out on my own.   I would have expected customer support would know their own product.  So that I can assist other since TurboTax can't.   Your box instructions are incorrect.

1) Go to InstallTurboTax.com

2) Sign into your account

3) According to their instructions, Enter your license code.  This is NOT correct.   Instead...

4) Click on Intuit Account

5) Click on Products & Billing

6) Click on TurboTax

7) See previous year download and click on Licenses and downloads
