I will not be using TurboTax anymore for my tax returns. Do I need anything from them to use a different company?

Print copies of your tax returns for your own records. Save the information regarding the account and user ID you used for returns you prepared using TT in case you need to access them. You are free to prepare your future tax returns anywhere you choose to do so.
