Solved

I work in one state and live in another, and for some reason the wages from the state i work in are more than the wages in box 1. Any ideas why? and can I still file?

Yes, you can still e-file.  The state wages could include amounts that are deductible at the federal level but not deductible at the state level.  Some states tax 401K contributions, whereas other states and the federal government do not.
