Question

I worked in the USA but the company I work for has their Payroll address that is Canadian, how do I enter this?

Did they give you a W-2?

We can help with that.

When you get to the address portion of the W-2, there is a down arrow that allows you to select a Foreign Country.  This will allow you to enter the Canadian address.
