Question

I worked more this year than I did last year,how am I getting less than I did last year and how do I delete my documents and start over?

It's impossible to say for sure why your refund is less this year than last year without reviewing your tax returns from both years. That said, it is very likely due to the amount of tax withholding in each year. If you had different jobs, multiple jobs, etc. it will affect the amount of tax withheld. Once you finish your 2019 return, you can print out your 2018 and 2019 returns and compare them.
