To add your daughter as a dependent for earlier tax years you need to file an amended return. You can add her as a dependent for 2019 and 2020 since she qualifies as a dependent.

If you filed your tax return with TurboTax for those years, it will be easier to amend the return. TurboTax will be able to guide you through the process to amend. Here is a link to amend the 2019 tax return. This link is for the 2020 return.
