I would like to delete my return and go to H and R block to file

1) IF you have E-filed, and it was accepted...you cannot stop it. IF you e-filed and it is "pending", there is nothing you can do until an "Accept" or "Reject" is issued. IF "accept" is issued, you can't stop it and H&RB cannot help you.

2) if you didn't actually e-file, you can just abandon your account (Keep your USerID and pwd written down in a tax folder....just in case you come back in the future)

3) IF you haven't paid for the software or registered the account/software....you may be able to Clear and Start Over....you just won't start over,
