I would like to speak with a live expert

To speak with a live TurboTax expert and enter a second W-2, follow these steps:

• Switch to TurboTax Live: If you started with a different TurboTax product:
  1. Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
  2. Select Live Tax Advice.
  3. Select Upgrade.
  4.  Once in TurboTax Live, you can quickly connect with one of the tax experts:
     1. Select the floating Live help button.
     2. Select Connect with live help at the top of the chat window.
     3. Enter your tax question or tax topic area and select Continue.
     4. Select your preferred method for connecting with a tax expert.

• Enter a Second W-2 in TurboTax

1. If you haven't already filed your return:
   1. Open or continue your return. Be sure you are signed in for link in Step 2 to work.
   2. Navigate to the W-2 section:
      • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to Job (W-2) and select Add/Edit or click on magnifying glass at top right and Search for W-2 and select the Jump to link.
      • TurboTax Desktop: Search for W-2 and select the Jump to link.
   3. Follow the onscreen instructions to add another W-2.
2. If you already e-filed, you'll have to wait until your return is either accepted or rejected.
   1. If your return is rejected, you can add the W-2 as previously described before resubmitting or paper-filing your return.
   2. If your return is accepted (or if you already paper-filed), you'll need to amend your return to add another W-2.
