Yes you can clear and start over, but realize that everything that you did so far will be erased.. On the menu bar on the left that shows. 4. Review
5. File
Select Tax Tools
On the drop down select Tools
On the Pop-Up menu select Clear and Start Over
Caution: Be sure that this is what you want to do.
Select Yes
This will complete the process.
