Question

I would live help with my state return but it seems the only option is to do Federal first then pay additional fees for the state help? Can I just get state help?

What help do you need? There is not a separate customer support number for help with states. You can contact customer support or post your questions here in the user forum. You need to mention what state since we cannot see your return or your screen.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
