2019 my ex wife claimed all 3 children on her taxes without telling me so my 2019 taxes were rejected and I was unable to claim any of the children . This year I claimed all 3  and filed 1 week before

We are missing some important information.   Who is the custodial parent?  The IRS only cares who the children live with -- at least 183 nights of the year.  The custodial parent can claim the children.   If there is a signed Form 8332, then the custodial parent can still  file Head of Household, get the childcare credit and earned income credit,   The non-custodial parent gets the child tax credit for children under the age of 17.
