Your post shows you are using the Premier online edition, not the Free edition. The Premier edition is $59.99. If you added a state tax return that is an additional $36.99. Or if you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from the Federal tax refund instead of paying by credit or debit card, that service fee is $39.99
You can clear your tax return and start over, just do not accept any upgrades unless the tax data you are entering is not supported by the Free edition which only supports Forms 1040EZ and 1040A. If that is the case then you will have to upgrade to the Deluxe edition or higher.
If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2017 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
