If you entered a 2018 W-2 using the 2019 online editions, then wait for the IRS to reject your tax return.  After the return is rejected, delete the 2018 W-2 that you entered and ONLY enter 2019 W-2's.  You can then re-file again.

 

A 2018 W-2 can only be entered on a 2018 tax return.  If you filed a 2018 tax return last year, then amend the return to add the W-2.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a 2018 tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/amending/help/how-do-i-amend-a-return-in-turbotax/01/27579
