If i am a nonresident of DC it says my form is not ready but tax deadline is in 7 days. what do I do?

form 40b is not ready and won`t even print for me to mail it, but turbo tax charged me and its not done.

You may file an extension and there are help resources for that below. However, per the forms availability list, form D-40B is showing as being currently available for print (unsupported for e-file). Are you still experiencing this issue as of today?

I read where if you are not a resident that you don't file a DC return unless money is owed. It still won't let me print out to mail it. I can get it on the DC website but then I would have to fill it out myself and mail it after I already paid turbo tax to do it.
