If I am married filing jointly and I am also 65 years old, shouldnt I get more than the standard deductions?

like a total of 3 instead of 2?

For 2020, the additional standard deduction for married taxpayers 65 or over or blind will be $1,300.  Therefore, your standard deduction would be $24,800 plus $1300 for you, and $1300 for your spouse if also 65 or over.

 

If you are referring to exemptions, those no longer exist effective with tax year 2018. The personal exemption was eliminated in 2017 as a result of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
