No, just file your 2024 return. When you go through the file section and it asks for last year's AGI, select zero.

If you are getting a refund for 2023, you have 2 years left to file. If you owe, you have forever to file.

No, it just means you do not have a 2023 AGI to enter.  So choose the one that says you did not file a 2023 return or use zero as your 2023 AGI to e-file 2024.
