If I didn’t have health insurance during certain months, do I choose option none?

If the question is asking about HDHP, none is a good answer. There is no longer a penalty for not having health insurance. You only need to answer questions if you had Obamacare, an HSA or MSA. Otherwise, you can skip health insurance completely.
