Question

If I didn't have income for the year 2023 due to being pregnant, can I still claim my tro children and get taxes back on them?

No income. No taxes. Nothing back. No need to file a return.

Sorry--no.   All of the refundable child - related credits for tax year 2023 are based on having income from working.  If you did not work in 2023, you do not get those credits.   Perhaps there is someone else who supported you and your children who can claim you and/or the children as dependents and get the credits.
