If I efiled my State Return, do I have to mail in a paper copy with the w-2s attached?

No, you don't unless the program tells you to do so.  Generally, when you e-file your tax returns both federal and state, all the required tax forms will be electronically submitted to the IRS and the state.  Unless the program tells you to send in copies of your forms, you do not need to mail in anything.
