Question

If I entered the wrong amount of months covered for health coverage and it does not affect the tax penalty(entered 10/12 instead of 11/12), do I need to amend?Form 1095-B

I forgot I had received a form 1095-B from the DHCS for my Medi-Cal coverage. When filing on TurboTax I know I entered I was covered each month except January and February. I checked my 1095-B today and it states I was covered for February. The tax penalty was waived anyways so do I need to amend or contact someone to change that information? I also forget if there were more questions given to me by TurboTax related to my 1095-B that I incorrectly answered as I was unaware I had one at the time of filing. Thank you for any help!

If you have Form 1095-B, you don't need to do anything regarding health insurance. The only time you are asked about coverage is for 1095-A for the Premium Tax Credit.
