If i file claim my mom and grandmother on my taxes do i have to claim their deductions such as their ssa-1099 and health coverae form 1095-b?

No, neither item is reported on your return.  You will be asked about if they have health coverage.  Since they are likely on Medicare, you will just answer that they had health coverage all year.  And any income in their name is not claimed on your tax return (although it is factored in as support that you do not provide for them to see if they qualify as dependents).
