I already filed our taxes married filing jointly. Does my spouse have to also file his taxes married filing jointly.

If you filed a tax return as Married Filing Jointly you should have included the income and expenses for both of you on the one tax return.  If you did not then you will need to amend the tax return.

If you filed Jointly, your spouse filed with you.  All the tax information related to your spouse should have been included.
